Why do employers have face to face interviews, rather  than just read your resume? Easy and obvious – they want to know  how you articulate your words and present yourself as an employee. The decision of whether to hire a person or not depends on who he/she is individually, rather than just their set of skills or experience in the industry. Because so many people are good at what they do, a person looking to get hired needs to stand out in this wide array of skilled peoples.
